This piece is inspired by our father who was a statistician. Working with graphs and geometry is a theme we often revisit. This piece in particular involved two line graphs, one drawn by each of us to represent the course of our lives to that point. The painting shape became the difference between the two line graphs.
Like our other work, this piece is bold from a distance, yet up close the viewer experiences textures and patterns in the metal and multihued painting.
